Best Maid Pickles is the largest family-owned manufacturer of shelf-stable pickles in the US. We are growing and seeking a Quality Manager to assure production quality by developing GMPs, validating processes, and documenting compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Biology, Chemistry, or related field and at least 1 year of experience in quality management. The role is based in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 1 year of experience in quality management or related area required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce GMP systems to assure production quality.
• Validate processes and document quality activities.
• Provide documentation for compliance and audits.
• Manage quality staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
