Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in QA/QC, familiarity with GMP/HACCP/SQF, and strong communication. The position involves early morning shifts, four 10‑hour days with overtime, and collaboration with R&D and production teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or related role.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with food safety documentation.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP and SQF; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work early morning shifts; schedule includes four 10‑hour days with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly quality checks and environmental observations on the production floor.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and verify sanitation before line start‑up.
• Identify and escalate food safety or quality issues as needed.
• Execute microbiological swabbing and assist audits for compliance.
• Document findings clearly in physical and electronic systems.
• Support R&D by preparing and shipping product samples for testing.
• Monitor GMPs and food safety programs throughout production.
• Maintain calibration schedules and perform equipment checks.
