Job summary

Selectek is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance in Fort Pierce, FL to develop and maintain quality programs ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. The role provides guidance on standards and collaborates with management to maintain ongoing process surveillance and higher performance.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field and at least 5 years in ISO/NQA-1/ASME-based QA programs, with strong metal fabrication and welding process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a quality professional in ISO, NQA-1, 10CFR50 Appendix B, and/or ASME Section VIII-based QA programs.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, pipe fabrication, machining, welding, and coating/painting processes.
• Lead Auditor qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality programs to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Provide subject matter expertise on policies, regulatory requirements, industry codes, standards, and agency guidelines.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Project Managers, and Production to sustain compliance through ongoing process surveillance.

Job description

Needed Immediately: Manager of Quality Assurance in Fort Pierce, FL.

The Quality Assurance Manager develops, implements, and maintains the company’s quality programs and systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory and agency requirements, and to consistently meet performance and service standards.

Provides subject matter expertise compliance and technical guidance on company policies, regulatory requirements, industry codes, standards, and agency guidelines.

Partners with Senior Management, Project Managers, and Production to ensure sustained compliance through ongoing process surveillance and oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a quality professional working under an ISO, NQA-1, 10CFR50 Appendix B, and/or ASME Section VIII-based quality assurance program.
• Excellent knowledge of metal fabrication, pipe fabrication, machining, welding, and coating/painting processes.
• Level II Inspector Certifications (VT, PT, MP) in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A preferred.
• Knowledge of welding processes desirable (CWI Certification)
• Lead Auditor qualification is a plus.
