Compensation

Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr. Additional compensation: Annual Bonus.

Location

Saginaw, MI – Greater Saginaw-Midland-Bay City Area

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily activities of the Quality Department; study, recommend for approval, and implement Quality policies, procedures and required documentation.
• Coordinate ISO 9001, maintain registration and execute all job responsibilities in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Oversee the preparation of FMEA, control plans and instruction sheets.
• Ensure staff is trained and knowledgeable in the areas of quality policies, procedures, safety, environmental standards and continuous improvement.
• Issue debits for vendor quality concerns and issues through the Quality Department; sign off on customer debits and quality invoices.
• Maintain and report out monthly to Executive Management on Quality Metrics.
• Monitor external customer quality issues and corrective action.
