Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Project Management to strengthen processes, resolve quality issues, monitor KPIs, and communicate quality insights to leaders and teams to drive measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently across multiple departments.
• ISO/QMS experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ASQ certification, or related professional certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• 1- $105,000–$125,000 annual base salary
• 2- Additional 10% contract premium based on applicable contract terms
• 3- $7,500 sign-on bonus
• 4- $200/month internet & phone stipend
• 5- Hybrid work environment
• 6- 12-month initial contract with renewal opportunity
• 7- Opportunity for continued engagement based on performance and business needs

Compensation Example: At a $115,000 base salary, the additional 10% contract premium equals $11,500, resulting in $126,500 in annualized compensation, before the $7,500 sign-on bonus and $2,400 annual connectivity stipend.
