Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or professional certification (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.
  • Typically 7+ years in quality assurance, quality systems, or regulated environments.
  • Prior people management or QA leadership experience required.
  • 3–6+ years in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems.
  • Ensure document control, change management, and quality governance practices.
  • Provide quality engineering direction to design and project engineers across locations.
  • Support supplier quality to qualify electronic contract manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and quality metrics; manage CAPA.
  • Support introduction of new models with suppliers and PPAP processes.
