Job summary

Specifies tests to be performed, compiles data, and makes recommendations for changes required in testing equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements and/or design of testing equipment. Recommends the purchase of test equipment. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function**Job Description****SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Establish test lab standards and operating procedures* Maintain and continue to improve test lab facilities and equipment to maintain or increase testing accuracy to increase testing abilities* Create test lab - "Product Test Schedule" across all projects (new and existing product testing).* Assign work to test lab staff.
