Denco Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality initiatives, collaborate across departments, with customers and vendors, and drive our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development and implementation of quality systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949-based QMS, including training and continuous improvement
• Manage internal and third-party audits; train auditors, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate activities for IATF audits and re-certification
• Investigate customer concerns, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee lab operations and quality personnel
• Coordinate capability studies and SPC activities
• Work with engineering and shop floor teams on current products and new launches
• Prepare PPAP documentation and monitor performance metrics

What You Offer:

• Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG requirements
• Understanding of casting and forging
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
• Experience in internal auditing and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web tools
• Expertise in PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans
