Job description

Are you a proactive quality leader dedicated to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality programs, oversee QMS compliance, and ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Leadership: Oversee QMS compliance, conduct regular inspections and audits, and ensure processes deliver intended outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive LEAN implementation, define key operational processes to control the cost of poor quality, and manage metrics to track team progress.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead investigations, perform root cause analyses, manage customer complaints, and execute corrective action plans.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and customer standards while delivering detailed progress reports to senior management.
  • Team Guidance: Supervise Quality Auditors and deliver effective coaching and training sessions to production personnel.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of quality assurance management experience.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma certification is highly desired.
  • Core Competencies: Proven experience in root cause analysis, quality metrics, data analysis, and policy implementation.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Frequent walking, sitting, and reaching.
  • Occasional standing (up to 10 hours), lifting/carrying, pulling/pushing, kneeling, and exposure to temperature extremes or confined spaces.
  • Constant hearing, seeing, and sense of touch.
Responsibilities

  • Evaluate products and processes for acceptance criteria, initiate corrective actions to remove or mitigate root causes.
  • Planning, managing, and executing actions to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory government agencies, QMS standards, and customers’ needs.
  • Define the key operational processes in order to control cost of poor quality.
  • Lead the implementation of LEAN.
  • Control systems, tools, and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement which supports performance of the entire production team.
  • Perform inspections and audits, and report findings.
  • Manage customers complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective action reports.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
