Job summary

Scientific Search in Clifton, NJ, is seeking a quality leadership professional to drive precision aluminum investment casting quality across aerospace, defense, and medical sectors. You will lead inspection, NCRs, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping products where precision matters most.

You will mentor cross‑functional teams, ensure AS9100 and NADCAP compliance, and partner with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver robust quality programs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing quality leadership experience.
• Expertise with AS9100, NADCAP, NDT, ERP, and QMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Raw Inspection, X-Ray, NDT, Final Inspection, and Shipping quality teams.
• Ensure AS9100 and NADCAP compliance.
• Oversee First Article Inspection, PPAP, audits, and quality documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with customers and internal teams while mentoring quality staff.
