Job summary

In this role, you will lead the quality assurance team, manage the Quality Management System, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, SPC.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain and improve customer scorecard performance.
  • Mentor and lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with PPAP, APQP, MSA, and SPC requirements.
  • Support new product launches and process validations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance team. This role is critical to maintaining our certifications, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, including NADCAP and AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements
  • Oversee internal and external audits, including NADCAP special process audits
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and control plans
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using 8D, 5-Why, and other methodologies
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain and improve customer scorecard performance
  • Mentor and lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with PPAP, APQP, MSA, and SPC requirements
  • Support new product launches and process validations
Qualifications
