Job summary

Search Masters in Michigan is seeking a seasoned Quality Lead for an AS9100 aerospace investment casting facility. You will oversee a team of 2 Quality Leads and 15 union technicians, drive quality standards, and partner with operations to elevate performance.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in a related field, has 7+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years in quality management, and 5+ years in leadership with direct reports.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in quality management or quality assurance.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with direct reports.
