Job Description:

Seeks a QA/Test Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of test plans for a Role-Based Web Application. This includes tasks like viewing, searching, and downloading permissioned documents. The ideal candidate must have experience using the ServiceNow Testing Module.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce Test Plans and strategy.
• Coordinate testing efforts, manage test resources, and drive automation.
• Recommend testing frameworks and tools for regression testing.
• Document test progress and report metrics.
• Mitigate testing risks using best practices and techniques.
• Improve QA processes and manage quality control matrices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years – Agile/Scrum Development
• 5+ years – Test automation, testing processes, QA tools
• 5+ years – Test strategy, test cases, and script evaluation
• 5+ years – SDLC and assurance best practices
• 5+ years – Experience in developing Test Plans within Agile using ServiceNow Test Management
