Job summary

As our Quality Manager, you'll serve on the Plant Leadership Team and own the quality function at the facility level — from lab operations and customer relationships to ISO management systems and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 system administration

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standard Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for plant operations, audits, and customer needs
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate manufacturing areas; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; PPE required in designated areas (hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes)
• Travel: Up to 25% (customer visits, supplier visits, audits, cross-site activities)
