Job summary

Cardinal Health on-site quality leadership role seeks a professional to develop and implement quality policies and oversee the Quality function. You will direct reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage site personnel to meet quality objectives, with focus on patient safety and timely responses to audits.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, enabling strategic decision-making and KPI-driven oversight in a manufacturing/healthcare

  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Quality function and direct reports.

  • Lead audits and respond to findings in a timely manner.
  • Report KPI metrics from Site Quality Management Reviews.
  • Identify trends affecting product release to safeguard patient safety.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.
  • Provide strategic oversight, leadership and direction to direct reports within the Quality function.
  • Manage, develop, train and guide direct reports, quality staff, and site personnel to achieve site quality goals and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Lead actions for regulatory, customer and corporate audits and customer technical visits and to provide responses to findings in a timely manner.
  • Conduct Site Quality Management Reviews and report KPI metrics to corporate.
  • Responsible for identifying trends and making decisions that affect product release to ensure patient safety.

Location and Work Hours

This job is on-site.

Typical working hours: M-F; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and is responsible for management of a facility that produces Sat - Tues; 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays as needed is required.

Compensation

Anticipated salary range: $117,700.00-$168,100.00
