Formación

• Must have a strong quality focus and be able to interpret specifications.
• Experience with quality systems and audits is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and report findings clearly.

• Manage and develop workload schedules.
• Develop training and awareness programs on maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Lead with meeting goals, deadlines, and performance standards.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, and training processes.
• Write forecasts for team productivity.
• Perform quality control inspections of facility operations and repairs.
• Provide data and analysis to optimize maintenance operations.
• Inspect services on-site to uphold quality standards.
• Analyze data feeds and logs to find points of failure and solutions.
• Recommend improvements to streamline production and quality.
