King and George LLC in Coronado is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead inspections across facilities and maintenance operations. You will develop and enforce QC plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and deliver accurate data and reports to support decision-making.

The role requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to train staff while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of related experience.
• Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or equivalent certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality control inspections in facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure subcontractor results follow the Quality Control Plan via routine inspections.
• Provide timely, accurate data and analysis to manage maintenance operations.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure highest quality standards.
• Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions.
• Create recommendations to streamline production processes to heighten quality.
• Ensure final services adhere to specifications and regulations.
• Plan, develop, and implement quality systems to ensure mission success.
• Investigate, analyze, contain, and correct quality problems.
• Perform audits and implement new strategies to improve condition and performance.
