Job summary

King & George is seeking a Quality Control Manager in Coronado, CA to lead preventive and corrective inspections of facilities, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

You will communicate with management and subcontractors, develop schedules, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements while mentoring the team toward quality excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of related experience.
• Certifications CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE, CRE, or CSSBB preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections of facilities operations, maintenance, and facility repair.
• Ensure subcontractor results follow the requirements of the Quality Control Plan by performing routine inspection checks.
• Provide timely, accurate data and analysis to enable effective management of maintenance operations.
• Perform on-site inspections of service at all stages to ensure the highest possible quality standards.
• Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions.
• Create and present recommendations to streamline production processes in ways that heighten quality standards.
• Ensure final services adhere to all specifications and regulations.
