Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work-related experience in quality engineering/lean manufacturing/continuous improvement
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
• Experience in safety and safety processes is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean processes and thinking throughout the organization
• Audit and ensure conformance to Quality, Safety, and Reliability needs in locations and facilities
• Collaborate with functional managers to implement procedures meeting customer and company quality requirements
• Sustain ISO 9001:2015 Certification and drive continual improvement across the organization
• Prepare quality reports for customers and leadership
• Lead investigations for nonconformance and corrective actions
• Organize training on Corrective Actions / Opportunities for Improvement
