Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to develop and maintain inspection reports and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will inspect incoming materials, in-process and final products, perform first article inspections, and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate measurements. The role requires teamwork and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and email applications is expected.
• Ability to read fabrication blueprints and GD&T basics.
• Knowledge of SOPs related to the Quality Department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer product acceptance by ensuring shipped products meet specifications.
• Audit production processes and perform various inspections across all phases.
• Train machine operators in inspection techniques as needed.
• Utilize inspection tools and data entry for reporting and communication.
• Support RCA and CAPA activities and participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Maintain quality documentation in company data systems and adhere to safety rules.
