Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-based leader in modular systems, seeks a QA/QC Supervisor to lead the inspection group, oversee training, and drive continuous improvement across production and quality programs. You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Materials to ensure compliance and timely delivery of high-quality packages.

The role requires substantial experience in reading drawings, weld maps and PFDs, plus a strong background in ISO 9001 and ASME codes.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years related quality experience and/or training.
• 2-5 years of supervisor/lead experience over inspectors, auditors, QA/QC personnel.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and other quality management systems.
• Experience in resource planning and headcount forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QC inspection group and manage recruiting, coaching, training and performance development.
• Manage headcount to align with backlog and report QA budget performance.
• Review QC data and implement programs to improve quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Enforce QC processes and train personnel on standards, procedures and corrective actions.
• Lead weekly QA/QC review meetings with operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
