Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience within a metal casting or metals manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of casting processes (e.g., sand casting, green sand, no-bake, or similar).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and documentation processes for compliance.
• Train, mentor, and develop quality personnel while fostering continuous improvement.
