Job summary

Seatrium LeTourneau USA is seeking a Quality Manager to establish, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System across engineering, fabrication, offshore equipment, and project execution activities. You will drive audits, CAPA, and supplier quality, ensuring compliance with customer specs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
7–10 years of quality management experience in offshore/marine, oil & gas, heavy fabrication, or EPC environments.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, root cause analysis, auditing, and quality documentation systems.
ISO 37001 knowledge preferred.
Experience with API, ASME, AWS, ABS, or DNV preferred.
CQE/CQA or Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
Lead audits and drive corrective actions (CAPA) in a timely manner.
Oversee quality planning for engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, offshore equipment, and projects.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality surveillance during project execution.
Monitor supplier quality and participate in vendor qualification processes.
Interface with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality commitments.
