Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's or EPC side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance/audit programs, qualify vendors, and report quality performance to project leadership.

You are responsible for whether records will stand up at turnover. You will lead reviews of QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspector qualifications; own nonconformance and corrective actions; communicate metrics and risks to

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects, incl. 2+ years leading a program.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification.
• ASQ CQA or CMQ-OE preferred.
• Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies; review contractor QC plans and inspector qualifications.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes; report quality metrics and risks.
