Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope invites a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive QA systems across the organization. You will drive root cause analysis, ensure reliability standards, and uphold documentation practices to achieve top-tier product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Mgmt, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing.
• 5+ years in management or leadership roles.
• 3+ years of QMS/ISO 9001 experience.
• CMQ/QE, CQE, or CQA certifications preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight of QA operations to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through audits and oversight of external bodies.
• Oversee quality control processes, supplier quality, audits, and inspections.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CAPA, SPC, RCA, and FMEA.
• Lead QA team development and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare and manage the QA budget, expenditures, and variances.
• Collect customer feedback and drive quality improvements across products.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies across work areas.
• Foster a culture of safety and teamwork.
