Ironmark Building Co. is seeking a commercial construction Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the greater Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership in QA, supervision, or PM roles in ground-up multifamily construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, submittals, shop drawings, and contract documents.
• Knowledge of interior finish quality, building-envelope systems, moisture control, and sound-rated assemblies.
• Experience managing punch, turnover readiness, deficiencies, and warranty processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project.
• OSHA training and LEED exposure encouraged.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to ensure compliance with contract documents and Ironmark quality standards.
• Lead QA plan reviews and develop project-specific quality control plans.
• Establish and manage quality control levels across multiple trades.
• Perform routine field inspections of workmanship and materials.
• Prepare electronic inspection reports with findings and actions.
• Attend pre-installation meetings and quality reviews for critical scopes.
• Lead QA kickoff meetings with internal teams and trade partners.
• Monitor deliveries for compliance with submittals and specs.
• Oversee interior finishes, building envelope, and moisture protection.
• Create QA checklists, inspection logs, and punch lists; drive timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and best practices.
• Provide training and coaching on QA expectations and lessons learned.
• Communicate project and warranty performance to leadership.
