Job summary

OTR Engineered Solutions in Evansville, IN, seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality management system for our Evansville operations. You will drive QMS compliance, audits, continuous improvement, and ensure product reliability through cross‑functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate has ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP/PPAP, FMEA experience, and a proven track record in corrective actions, supplier quality, and customer satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, QC, or QMS leadership with quality program coordination.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and quality core tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, implementation, and maintenance of quality processes and documentation for Evansville facilities.
• Schedules and facilitates audits; coordinates corrective actions and verifies closure.
• Maintains compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other requirements.
