Job summary

• Oversee QA for four programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead CARF renewal processes and prepare accreditation documents.
• Develop training materials and supervise staff on new processes.
• Capture and analyze outcome data; support data reporting.
• Manage EHR/Intergy systems and related staff training.
• Collaborate with program directors to prepare audits and reports.
