Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across product delivery, ensuring that software is testable, test execution is timely, and releases meet quality standards. You will lead QA planning, strengthen automation, and coach team members while partnering with Product Owners and Engineering.

The role emphasizes embedding quality throughout the SDLC and providing visibility into test readiness, progress, and risks.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on QA experience across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA's role throughout discovery to release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into risk-based test coverage and strategies.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage with Product and Engineering.
• Knowledge of test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong ownership and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins when planned and that delays, blockers, environment issues, data needs, or scope gaps are identified and communicated immediately.
• Create transparency into what has been tested, what remains untested, current defects, quality risks, and confidence in release readiness.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, root-cause analysis, and stronger ownership of outcomes.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features, enhancements, integrations, defects, and platform changes.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering, ensuring severity, priority, and ownership are clear.
• Drive automation strategy to increase coverage without brittle implementations and reduce manual regression over time.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure requirements are testable and aligned to business outcomes.
• Provide objective quality recommendations for releases based on test evidence and risk.
