Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician Lead at its Modesto, CA facility. The role leads quality control efforts, trains personnel on QA practices, and ensures products meet specifications and quality procedures.

The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to GMP standards. The Lead will coordinate testing, data reporting, and calibration activities, act on quality improvements, and support other departments to sustain plant quality targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing.
• Minimum 6 months quality experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand, follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage quality testing and inspections across shifts.
• Maintain quality reports, documentation and calibration records.
• Setup and maintain product files in Infinity QS data collection system.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and control charts for QA.
• Lead continuous quality improvement projects as assigned.
• Assist plant staff with quality issues and corrective actions.
