Responsibilities

• Perform indoor and outdoor property inspections.
• Coordinate property repairs.
• Provide detailed inspections of new home construction.
• Photograph construction issues.
• Documenting detailed information while reporting your findings.
• Provide a working knowledge of home construction and new home performance standards.
• Communicate to customers basic warranty coverage and set proper warranty expectations.
• Attend Quality Assurance team meetings and other required corporate meetings.
