You will support root cause analysis and corrective actions while coordinating with Quality Engineers.

You will guide daily QA activities, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with GMP and plant policies, contributing to safe and high-quality packaging operations.

Qualifikationen

• Accountable for safety of all employees under supervision.
• Train and mentor Quality Auditors and Technicians in quality systems.
• Plan and direct activities for development, application and maintenance of quality standards.
• Identify and record problems related to product, process, and quality systems.
• Direct workflow of Quality Technicians and Auditors to ensure task completion.
• Share information on customer findings and internal quality issues.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to develop training materials.
• Identify improvement opportunities and devise sampling plans in manufacturing and quality.
• Ensure timely disposition of discrepant material with Quality Engineers.
• Create and share Quality Alerts and training communications.
• Payroll hours and vacation coverage management for department staff.

• Manage payroll hours and vacation coverage for department staff.
