Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality initiatives in our industrial laundry operations at the Heath, OH site. This hands-on leadership role partners with plant operations and corporate quality to ensure consistency and compliance across all quality systems.

The role focuses on ISO 9001 compliance, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting ISO audits and certification (ISO 9001 strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters at the plant level.
• Lead and develop site quality efforts in alignment with corporate standards.
• Act as the on-site extension of the corporate QA function across locations.
• Provide guidance and training to supervisors and plant staff on quality expectations.
