Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a quality supervisor to oversee all quality-related functions in the plant, perform tests on raw materials, WIP, and finished products, and lead ISO quality systems to ensure standards are met. You will collaborate with purchasing to address vendor quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in QA within manufacturing and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, along with familiarity with lean, ISO,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.
• Perform required quality tests for raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
• Lead ISO Quality systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with purchasing on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor qualification.
• Develop quality standards, test/inspection plans for materials and finished products, and lead product compliance activities.
