Dheya is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold the company's QMS through inspection, documentation review, nonconformance management, supplier quality activities, and final product acceptance. Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, fabrication, shipbuilding, or related environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, POs, and customer requirements.
• Working knowledge of quality documentation, traceability, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing practices (preferred).
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (preferred).
• Familiarity with NDT methods; certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the QMS through inspection, documentation review, nonconformance management, supplier quality activities, and final product acceptance.
• Collaborate with Shipping & Receiving, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Project Management to ensure products and documentation meet customer, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Receive inspection, material verification, and compliance checks; review certificates of conformance, MTRs, inspection reports, and other records.
• Maintain quality records, documentation, and ensure availability for audits and customer reviews.
• Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Verify compliance during shipment release and support customer witness inspections.
• Support supplier quality initiatives, supplier monitoring, audits, and corrective action follow-up.
• Assist in development and improvement of quality procedures and inspection plans.
