Job summary

Invenergy seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to drive fleet-wide governance of Incident Management and Nonconformance programs across sites, including the Central Machine Shop. You will champion risk-based processes, ensure robust investigations, and oversee corrective-action effectiveness.

You will also lead site-quality execution, partner with Engineering, Operations, and EHS, and coach teams on risk-based thinking while maintaining Intelex as the system of record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in quality, operations, engineering, incident management, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with Incident or event investigation frameworks; Nonconformance / deviation management; Risk-based governance models.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fleet wide governance for Incident Management and Process/Product Nonconformance programs, ensuring consistent application of policies, risk classifications, investigation rigor, and closure across all sites.
• Serve as the Quality authority for investigation governance, reviewing incidents, near misses, and nonconformances to confirm scope, rigor, and corrective action adequacy.
• Maintain Intelex as the authoritative system of record, enforcing documentation discipline and audit readiness.
• Analyze fleet wide trends and systemic weaknesses; elevate insights to the Director of Quality to support continuous improvement.
