• Catch regression issues in staging before release to Spokane Valley customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver contract projects.
• Document the Smoke Testing system to speed onboarding of future managers.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows.
