Job summary

SDSI in Kansas seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QA processes and annual functional assessments for individuals in the I/DD system across five counties. The role ensures compliance and quality across programs and services.

You will complete QA reviews, manage reports, and maintain database integrity while collaborating with state-wide groups. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in the I/DD field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral sciences, or related field required.
• At least six months working in the I/DD field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Must have computer experience and strong verbal and written skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Complete Quality Assurance Reviews.
• Conduct Annual Functional Assessments.
• Process Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation, Protective reports, and Adverse Incidents.
• Maintain accuracy in external/internal databases.
• Participate in state-wide workgroups, conferences, and seminars.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
