Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics, RedZone and Tableau.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead batch adjustments and line verifications per specifications.
• Review quality & food-safety checks and resolve deviations within 72 hours.
• Ensure operators complete process control checklists and proper documentation.
• Assist sanitation activities by verifying master sanitation schedules.
• Investigate deviations with production and technicians and determine root cause.
• Develop training materials, SOPs and policies with QA leadership.
