Job summary

Lyons Magnus in Quakertown, PA is seeking an entry-level management position in the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Department to lead QA activities on production lines. Qualifications

• BS degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and HACCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations technicians to ensure batches meet formulas and specs.
• Support QA requirements across processing lines.
• Lead HACCP program and prerequisite programs.
• Verify CCPs and process control records daily.
• Perform finished product microbiology and analytical testing.
• Conduct sanitation verification and environmental monitoring.
• Review quality checks and investigate deviations.
• Coordinate internal GMP and food safety audits.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead additional tasks as directed by QA leadership.
