Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a QA Specialist to lead and support the Quality Management System within the distribution center in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on nonconformances, QA testing, and process improvement to ensure compliance and product quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in QA/regulatory roles, with medical device exposure preferred. High school diploma or GED required, associate/bachelor’s in QA or Regulatory Affairs preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in quality and/or regulatory roles within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Professional certification in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or Lean Six Sigma – preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support key elements of the Quality Management System within the distribution center.
• Manage nonconformance processes and QA testing activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality system effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to SOPs and training to associates across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
