Job summary

Exceptional Dental is seeking an Associate Manager, Quality Assurance to manage and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). This role supports the Director of Quality Assurance in various quality assurance tasks, drives quality objectives, and promotes a culture of quality within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and MDSAP.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance.
• Manage quality system processes, including nonconformance and CAPA.
• Lead investigations and quality improvement activities.
