Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to support the CHS 6 program for the U.S. Army. The role partners with program leadership to drive quality, compliance and process improvements across a large, complex procurement environment.

Hybrid work with travel to Edgewood, MD (up to 25%). Candidate must be eligible for a DoD Secret clearance and have ISO 9001/AS9100 experience. The position emphasizes data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with related QA experience.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in procurement environments and QA risk management.
• ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems experience.
• Experience conducting quality audits and external certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA surveillance strategies with the Program Manager.
• Lead QA planning, work product reviews, and quality audits for CHS-6.
• Implement and maintain the QAPP.
• Analyze post-delivery reports and identify trends.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma events to improve cross-functional processes.
• Support Power BI dashboards monitoring performance and SLAs.
• Perform root cause analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare and present QA data to program leadership and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-site audits and travel for on-site readiness.
