Job summary

• Bachelor degree in scientific discipline/life sciences.
• 5+ years' experience in quality/regulatory/plasma industry.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of government and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center is inspection ready and adheres to SOPs and quality system.
• Oversee quality control program incl. calibrations, KPIs, trend analysis and CAPA.
• Lead QA staff, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions up to termination if needed.
• Coordinate center audits with suppliers, customers, and regulators; remediate findings.
