Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing, Automation (Selenium with Java), and ETL Testing. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing and executing test cases, developing automation frameworks, validating data integrity through ETL processes, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing to validate functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance test scenarios.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Design, execute, and maintain ETL test cases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and transformation rules are correctly implemented.
• Perform SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot ETL processes.
• Track and report defects using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.).
• Contribute to test planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience, including both Manual and Automation testing.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Proven experience with ETL testing and data validation techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL for data queries and validation.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
