Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Software Quality Assurance Tester 4 to support Agile automated testing efforts and ensure reliable, high-quality software releases.

This role partners with product development teams to build test automation frameworks, validate software functionality, and improve the end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Advanced experience with Selenium, Appium, or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of QA automation tools, frameworks, and software testing methodologies.

• Test web services, APIs, XML, and WSDL using SOAPUI.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, track, and resolve defects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Advanced experience with Selenium, Appium, or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of QA automation tools, frameworks, and software testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software environments.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, TestNG, Sauce Labs, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience testing ERP, SAP, .NET, Java web applications, or CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
