Job summary

X4 Technology in Detroit is seeking a QA Leader to drive quality assurance for a large Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation in the P&C domain. The role combines leadership with hands-on testing across multiple phases of the transformation.

Open to contract or permanent engagement, you will collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to define QA strategy, manage testing delivery and establish best practices that ensure high-quality outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA leadership role within P&C insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
• Experience across integration testing, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

We are seeking a strong QA Leader with hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation experience to lead quality assurance across a major P&C insurance transformation.
