Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Guidewire QA Lead for P&C insurance to drive testing strategy across customer projects. You will lead manual and automated testing efforts, collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams, and ensure quality across Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager within an Agile framework.

The role requires 8+ years in P&C insurance with Guidewire experience, strong testing expertise for Guidewire Cloud, and leadership in delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter experience, including 5+ years in Commercial Lines.
• Hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager, including configuration, product model forms, rules, and rating.
• Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects (upgrades and implementations).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test management tools such as Client ALM, Jira, ADO, or Rally.
