Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a QA Laboratory Technician for a 3rd shift opportunity southeast of Madison, WI. The role supports manufacturing by performing lab analysis of materials and blends and finishing product testing prior to release.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, analyzing chemicals and raw materials, calibrating instruments, data entry, and coordinating testing to keep production on schedule. Requires 2+ years lab experience and a science degree.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience.
  • Hands-on lab experience with HPLC, GC, pH, FTIR and other wet chemistry techniques.
  • Experience implementing customer test methods for GC and FTIR is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent data recording and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow SOPs and controlled documents as outlined in the Quality Manual.
  • Analyze incoming chemicals and raw materials.
  • Perform analysis of in-process blends and finished products.
  • Analyze line and tank flushes.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in computer systems.
  • Calibrate laboratory instruments.
  • Coordinate testing activities to ensure timely production flow.
  • Prepare laboratory samples and obtain re-samples as needed.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QA Laboratory Technician – 3rd Shift
Location: Southeast of Madison, WI
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Possible Direct Hire for the Right Candidate
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
Pay: Starting around $30.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a QA Laboratory Technician for a 3rd shift opportunity with one of our clients. This position is available as a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the possibility of direct hire for the right candidate.

Position Summary

The QA Laboratory Technician supports the manufacturing process by performing laboratory analysis of incoming materials and blends used in finished products, as well as finished product testing prior to final customer release. This role is instrumental in supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production lines continue to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities
