Lactalis USA in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Quality Assurance Lab Technician for a full-time, 3rd shift (10:00 PM to 06:30 AM). You will perform timely lab analyses of raw materials and products to ensure quality, support production, and help maintain food safety across our yogurt manufacturing facility.

The role starts at $21.00 per hour with shift differential and includes comprehensive benefits; join a team dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 3–6 months of related training or experience in a food manufacturing lab/QA team.
• Experience in a clean environment, aseptic methodologies, and basic microbiology testing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and SAP is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and quality per plant procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate samples from yogurt production and approve for production or distribution.
• Monitor production equipment sanitation, start-up, and performance.
• Perform environmental monitoring and communicate results to operations daily.
• Maintain calibration of test equipment and prepare reports for audits.
